Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once payment has been received.

Once an order is placed, materials, labor, and production time are immediately allocated to begin preparing your order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Custom Order Policy

Many products offered by Creations by TMarie are personalized or made-to-order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details are correct before placing an order, including:

• Names and spelling
• Sizes
• Colors
• Design selections
• Shipping address

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been submitted.

Creations by TMarie is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout.
