Local Delivery Agreement

By placing a Local deliveryorder with Creations By TMarie you agree to the following:

• Scheduled Delivery: Delivery times are assigned and are approximate. Please be available during your delivery window.
• Correct Information: Make sure your address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect details.

• Safety & Refusal 

  The Company reserves the right to:

  -Refuse or cancel delivery if conditions are unsafe.

  -Refuse service due to disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

  NO REFUNDS NOR 2ND DELIVERY ATTEMPT.
  
• Be Available: If no one is available or we cannot safely access the location, the delivery will be marked DELIVERED.

• After Delivery: Once marked delivered, the order is your responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Delays: Delays may happen due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  
• No Refunds on Delivery Fees: All delivery fees are non-refundable.
