Custom Order Policy

IMPORTANT

 PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

To ensure we have enough time to properly design and create your items, all bulk orders must be placed at least 16 days before your event date.

Orders placed with less than 16 days notice may not be accepted. We kindly ask that you plan ahead, therefore we can give your order the time and attention it deserves.

Many products offered by Creations by TMarie are personalized or made to order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details are correct before placing an order, including:

• Names and spelling
• Sizes
• Colors
• Design selections
• Shipping address

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been submitted.

Creations by TMarie is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout.
